Next month, as Billboard.com unveils all of the charts of the year and decade — the year-end and decade-end Hot 100, Billboard 200, and many many more — we will also be posting the Billboard critics’ top albums of 2009 and of the 2000s. But our critics’ picks are only part of the story. We want to find out what you think were the best records released this year and this decade.
