Britney’s upcoming studio album is set to be her most personal yet, including a new demo she fell in love with and is recording, titled “Old City Of Mine,” a music insider tells BreatheHeavy.com.
The track, written by Khaled Rahime, is a ballad about the struggle fame brings her.

Britney Spears has been told that construction and makeover details of her new Las Vegas home at Planet Hollywood are nearing completion — and I’ve learned that she’s begun making plans for a November start date.
It’s expected that in about 20 days, full details of the production with Caesars Entertainment will be revealed, with the director being named at the same time. The initial concert dates and ticket sales information will be unveiled then, too.
It’s unclear, though, if the November date will be the start of final Las Vegas rehearsals or the start of her two-year run of alternating weekends.
Preliminary rehearsals and casting begin late September or early October in Los Angeles. Work on the technical aspects of installing new lighting and sound for Britney’s PH Live theater will start this summer.
To clear up confusion on the Twitterverse by fans, Britney was not here in Las Vegas over the weekend and did not make appearances at Planet Hollywood or Boulevard Theater. This is the second time in a week that a Britney look-alike has been spotted at functions, but the real pop princess remains at home in Los Angeles.
I’m told that’s where she is getting more and more excited about her Las Vegas residency and planning her next new recording session.

Malibu: American state of California was engulfed by rapidly spreading wildlife that has damaged over 15 houses and burnt a number of vehicles in the parking lot.
House of many famous celebrities, living in California’s Malibu neighborhood came under direct line of fire after the flames refused to die down.
Britney Spears was one of the many victims of the wildfire. She had to leave her home to safety as gusting winds and unusually dry vegetation helped push the so-called Camarillo Springs Fire toward the wealthy area of Ventura County and Malibu.
The raging fire has threatened over 4,000 houses and a military base.
According to latest reports, the fire has engulfed over 43 square miles.
Rescue operations are in full-swing. More than1,000 firefighters along with the local residents are desperately trying to extinguish the flames.
Some 1,000 firefighters using engines, aircraft, bulldozers and other equipment had it just 20 percent contained. Since daybreak, the fire has nearly tripled in size.

Love is in the air!
Britney Spears and new beau David Lucado are still going as strong as ever, a source tells E! News exclusively. The source adds that even though Spears is arguably the world’s most famous pop princess, that doesn’t get in the way of her romance with her BF.
“[To David] it is a regular relationship with a regular girl,” the insider said. “He is pretty serious about it. I think they are in a really good place. It is going pretty well.”
Things seem to be heating up for the live-in couple *rep already shut down this bs rumor weeks ago, who were first spotted together in February shortly after Spears split with her then-fiancé Jason Trawick.
“They are happy together,” the insider adds. “They are having a good time and enjoying the relationship. It’s more serious than most people think.” The source adds that despite keeping up with Spears’ hectic schedule, Lucado is still working at his job at a local law firm.

Las Vegas is hard at work to make its new headliner Britney Spears feel right at home — so much so that she may never have to leave her room!
Life & Style has learned that Planet Hollywood, where Brit will headline a residency later this year, is preparing an ultraluxe suite for the “Circus” singer and the hip hotel is pulling out all the stops.
“They’re making her this ridiculously out-of-control penthouse suite so she doesn’t have to travel anywhere!” an insider tells this week’s Life & Style, on stands now. “It’s going to have a gym, a media room and at least four bedrooms.”
And with her two boys — Sean, 7, and Jayden, 6 — in tow, as well as new boyfriend David Lucado, that’s plenty of room to make the pop princess feel right at home.
Britney will live at Planet Hollywood during her two-year stint, where she will be performing 70 shows beginning in late 2013.

Britney Spears visited Hollywood hotspot Supperclub for dinner on Friday.
“She was in a great mood,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
Joined by an unidentified gentleman, Spears enjoyed a performance by Syn Circus while indulging in a four-course meal prepared by Chef Guus Wickenhagen.
The spread included pan-seared mahi mahi with a mango, green papaya and cucumber salad in Thai dressing; seared organic chicken breast over arugula and pear with agnolotti and sage sauce; and oven-roasted beef tenderloin over potato gratin with Gruyere, green asparagus and red wine sauce.
For dessert, Spears satisfied her sweet tooth with tiramisu.
After her meal, Spears left the venue “early enough to tuck her kids into bed.”

Looking fit, Britney Spears.
Rocking a pair of short plaid shorts and a brown fitted tank top, the star was spotted hitting up the gym earlier today, which only means that Brit keeping up with her fitness kick to get her body ready for bikini season.
“She’s looking so great, because she has been on a total fitness and workout kick recently,” a source previously told E! News. “She’s all about it.”
But that doesn’t mean the celeb can’t have a little fun here and there.
E! News confirms that on Friday night, Spears had dinner and enjoyed the Syn Circus show at popular Hollywood hot spot, Supperclub.
“Britney Spears was in this past Friday for dinner and was adamant on not allowing any alcohol around her,” the club’s owner tells us. “She enjoyed the show the Syn Circus puts on while executive Chef Guus Wickenhagen exemplifies his culinary skills, but left the club early enough to tuck her kids in for bed.”
But it didn’t stop there. A rep for the venue also shared with us that Britney was there this afternoon, which the rep said generally means there may be an event being planned, but couldn’t provide any more details.

According to those close to Britney Spears, the Louisiana native may have finally found the right guy.
Fellow Southerner David Lucado has quickly become the her main man, though they only started dating last month.
“He is so down-to-earth, but also very smart, funny and Britney is really smitten with him,” said a longtime Britney insider. “He’s like a breath of fresh air.” The source added that Lucado, a Virginia native who recently lived in Atlanta, “has that Southern thing in common with Britney.”
That opinion supposedly is shared by the 31-year-old pop superstar’s dad,
Jamie Spears. A second source told this column the senior Spears “immediately connected with David, and that’s saying something, as Jamie, naturally, is always suspicious of any guy showing a romantic interest in Britney.”
† That same source said that Lucado, 27, a legal assistant with a California law firm, has clicked with all of Spears’ immediate family, “much more so than [ex-boyfriend and agent] Jason [Trawick] , who always seemed a bit too uppity for some of Britney’s relatives.”

Britney Spears and David Lucado are getting serious, y’all!
A source close to the pop star tells E! News Brit’s nice, normal-guy BF is living with her.
The 27-year-old Southern gent spends “all his time at Britney’s,” according to the source, and has barely been seen at his L.A. home at all in the last couple of weeks.
Although sources close to David and Brit tried to claim the duo were “just friends” when they were first spotted together in February, it’s pretty clear from the basically-moving-in-together bit that they’re much more serious than that.
And as long as David’s the down-to-earth, good-hearted guy he seems to be, let’s hope he and Ms. Spears continue to make things work!

Wonder why Britney Spears’ bikini body has been looking so bangin’ recently?!
Well it turns out the 31-year-old pop star has been on a fitness kick to get her physique summer-ready.
“She’s looking so great because she has been on a total fitness and workout kick recently,” a source tells E!. “She’s all about it.”
“She’s been feeling really motivated and happy and it shows,” the source added.
Perhaps Spears has also been motivated to hit the gym lately because we’ll soon be seeing her gracing the pages of Shape magazine.
“@Shape_Magazine Thanks for the great photo shoot today!” the former X Factor judge tweeted last week along with a photo of her nails being painted. “It was fun to get all dolled up for the cover!”
