“How Britney Got Her Body Back!”

Recently Britney’s been looking pretty darn amazing with her hair looking super hot and her body looking banging. Heres what Britney tells OK! exclusively about her new all protein diet.

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,”. “My diet has a lot to do with me getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar.”

The mom of two says that she sticks to lean proteins and vegetables. “I eat chicken and salmon and rice,” she says. “I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.”

All in all her menu totals just 1,200 calories a day. “It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things,” she says.

But Britney isn’t just depending on her diet to keep her in tip-top shape. She’s says she does weights and cardio five days a week.
